I want to live in Paris, France, for a couple of months after college, help?

If I want to live in Paris, France, (or any city/town near Paris) for a summer after college, how could I make this happen? Would it be best to rent an apartment? Or maybe live in a hotel? I don’t know really, I’m still in high school, but I’m pretty interested. Any help will be appreciated.

   Why not try a student exchange? You can do either a gap year or a summer or even a semester? I’ve heard they’re really good and I’m thinking of doing one myself too. I want to go to France to improve my french.
