18 traveling to foreign country?

I am 18 and me and 3 of my friends want to rent a house in the south of france. We have the money, but the question is, is ths possible and how do i start planning this??? am i able to stay in a hotel in france at age 18??

   Yes, in France like in most of Europe the full legal age is 18 years. You may conclude contracts, stay in hotels, drink alcohol, do whatever you like, but are also fully responsible for your acts.
